    Ingram Tynes has been involved in the Birmingham and Southeastern multi-family and commercial real estate markets for the past 30 years since founding Tynes Development in 1985. He is currently a member of the Greater Birmingham Apartment Association and served as a past-president.

    CARMEN GOFORTH Controller

    Carmen Goforth has been acting Controller at Tynes Development since 1991. She oversees the accounting and financial operations for all Tynes entities and underwrites development projects and rehab opportunities. Carmen manages all operations for Sterling Resident Services.

    Amy Stidham is a licensed realtor and has been employed with Tynes Development since 2006, where she worked as a realtor for Sterling Realty before moving to the corporate office. She oversees daily financial operations of Sterling Highlands, LLC and accounting for all apartment communities.
